Mother arrested after children found selling their toys

A Kissimmee woman was arrested Thursday after Osceola County Sheriff’s deputies found her two children wandering the streets trying to sell their toys. April Emery, 27, was arrested and charged with child neglect without great bodily harm.     Osceola County Sheriff’s detectives have arrested a man two victims say forced himself on them for nearly a decade.
