Kissimmee man arrested for sexual battery
The Osceola County Sheriff’s Office arrested and charged a Kissimmee man with sexual assault on Monday after he allegedly attacked a 16-year-old girl with a diminished mental capacity.
At about 5 p.m., Osceola County Sheriff’s deputies responded to Celebration Hospital in reference to a sexual battery. Upon arrival, deputies spoke with the 16-year old female victim who said Henry Alban, 23, of 2036 Royal Bay Blvd., Kissimmee, and a family friend, sexually battered her at her residence. The victim, who has a diminished mental capacity, told deputies earlier that morning she was waiting for Alban to pick her up and take her to school, Sheriff’s Office reports stated. She said that he entered the residence and began kissing her and removing her clothes before he sexually battered her. The victim told her mother who took her to the hospital and called the Sheriff’s Office. Alban was taken into custody and interviewed. He told deputies he went to the residence to pick up the victim but denied sexually battering her. Based on her statements, Alban was arrested and booked into the Osceola County Jail.
