Posted on Monday, October 30, 2017 at 4:20 pm

Construction is in the final stages for Volterra at ChampionsGate, and the new $52 million senior living community is planning to open its doors in November.
The brand-new campus, located at 8400 ChampionsGate Blvd. in ChampionsGate, will feature various lifestyle options for older adults, including 131 independent living residences, 56 assisted living apartments and 36 memory care private suites. The design of the rental retirement community is Tuscan-inspired, and amenities include multiple dining venues, a pool, fitness center, spa and various activity spaces.
The community will also offer shared services to its residents — they’ll be able to access all amenities at Volterra at Solivita Marketplace in nearby Kissimmee, the sister community of Volterra at ChampionsGate.
“We’re thrilled to be part of the greater community and offer older adults services and living options unlike anything else in the Southwest Orlando area,” said Victoria Duvall, executive director of Volterra at ChampionsGate. “We look forward to the impact we’ll make on seniors’ lives; building a compassionate, dedicated team to serve them; and creating more than 100 jobs that will benefit our area.”
Additionally, the community will offer a focus on lifestyle and hospitality, meaning residents of area active adult communities can have full access to Volterra’s restaurants, cocktail lounges, bistros, salon and spa.
Valet parking and concierge services make the experience even more convenient.
Ciao Ristoranté, the fine dining venue at Volterra at ChampionsGate, offers steak and seafood specialty entrees and includes its own private wine label. Ciao also offers a dinner movie theater, located near the poolside bar.
Additional amenities include daily transportation between the collection of Volterra senior living communities, and much more.
Other offerings unique to senior living communities in Central Florida include two positions on staff at Volterra at ChampionsGate. The community navigator is a licensed professional who will help residents and family members coordinate health and wellness needs, and connect them to the right resource to provide the optimal support.
The life enrichment director is certified by the National Institute of Fitness and Sport (NIFS) to provide individual and group fitness classes, as well as a holistic approach to overall wellness for all resident care levels.
